Adrenaline Dance Force

Adrenaline Dance Force (ADF) is a professional dance company with instructors who have taught and performed all over the country! ADF brings current trends and styles to your school. ADF instructors are experienced coaches, choreographers and performers. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be trained by ADF!

Spring Hill Cheer Class

The cheer class is designed to teach basic to advanced concepts of cheer. Students will work on motions and jump technique, stunting basics and cheer dances! All students will gain strength, performance techniques and improve on their showmanship! Whether you are new to cheerleading or building on your foundation, ADF will help you to be your best!

Day/Time: Wednesday 3:45-4:45 pm
Open to ALL Grades. Girls & Boys welcome!
Location: Cafeteria

Dates: 10/2 –11/27 No Class 11/6 (8 weeks)

Spring Hill Hip Hop

In Hip Hop class, students will learn the latest street dancing technique, performance skills and confidence. These classes offer the ability to improve hip hop style, increase memory and improve balance by staying grounded and strong through upper and lower body movement. ADF’s experienced staff brings excitement to this class with the latest hip hop moves and age appropriate music!

Day/Time: Thursday 3:45-4:45 pm
Open to ALL Grades. Girls & Boys welcome!
Location: Large Pod
Cost: $115
Dates: 10/4 – 11/29 No Class 11/22 (8 weeks)

Stemtree

Coding Workouts

Students will learn how to create and develop computer programs (games, stories, etc.) instead of playing them.  Stemtree Coding teaches students computer programming
concepts in a fun and interactive way.  They will combine media elements to create and share their own interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art.  Students will also
create their own computer programs to implement computer games and combine multiple topics.

Day/Time: Wednesdays from 3:40-4:40 pm
Open to Grades 1-6
Cost: $202 per student for 9 classes
Location: Wet/Dry Lab
Class Dates: 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21 (No class), 11/28, 12/5, 12/12

Robotics Workouts

Stemtree Engineering program uses the wonder and genius of robots to inspire students to learn engineering, apply their knowledge and skills of basic science, model construction, computer programming, and problem solving to explore STEM concepts. This is both a perfect introduction to the world of robotics for younger students and an opportunity to expand the knowledge base of older students. Stemtree provides students a curriculum to apply scientific analysis to learn the basics of engineering.

Day/Time: Mondays from 3:40-4:40 pm
Open to Grades 1-6
Cost: $202 per student for 9 classes

Steam Kidz Lab

Astronaut Training and Legos

Kids will enter our Astronaut Training Academy and prepare for a manned mission to Mars. Each class features both hands on science activities and a Lego building activity to explore space travel, rockets, animals in space, robots, space weather, planetary geology, stars and lots more. Class ends with an astronaut picnic on our Martian colony!

Day/Time: Tuesday from 7:45 – 8:45 am (Open to Grades K-2)

Engineering Mania – Bridges & Platforms

For a child who likes to think outside the box and build various contraptions, this is the perfect class! The Little Engineers will utilize their creativity, out of box thinking to build and test various structures such as bridges, platforms, ramps, etc using a variety of materials. In each class session, there will be a challenge to build a structure using different materials and constraints on material. The engineers will work in teams to solve the challenges.

Day/Time: Thursday from 7:45 – 8:45 am (Open to Grades K-2)

GLOBAL Plus Language Program

GLOBAL Plus is a new language program which blends the strengths and proven benefits of two well-established (FCPS-ACE) language programs–FLEX and GLOBAL. The goal is to foster a world language advantage by offering high quality language classes to elementary students, and thereby capture the optimal time in a child’s life to learn a new language.

Languages offered: Chinese, French, and Spanish.
