Traditional Figure and Portrait Drawing – Outside School Activities

2022 Winter/Spring Registration

Class Description: Dive into the world of classical art. Students will be working with traditional material such as charcoal, pencil, conté crayon, and ink. They will also be exploring how to convey tone with different shades of paper. We will discuss how this changes the mood and the intensity as well as the intention of the artist.

Day/Time: Tuesdays from 3:45 – 4:45pm

Location: Art Room

Open to Grades: 3rd – 6th

Teacher: Michelle Rudd

Dates: February: 1, 8, 15, 22; March 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; April 12, 19, 26; May 3, 10, 17, 24 (16 sessions)

Cost: $345 PTO Members / $360 Non-members (includes $25 supply fee per student)

Registration is open to all students, with priority given to active PTO members (2021-22 dues paid). Families can join the PTO by paying $20 annual dues, which applies to all programs for the year. Non-PTO members must pay a $15 fee per class.

PLEASE NOTE: You can only register one student for a class at a time. To add another student, return to the shop to add another item to your cart.

Registration is open from Monday, January 17th through Wednesday, January 26th at 9:00pm.
