What’s Happening With the PTO:

BIDS FOR KIDS FUNDRAISING EVENTS

This year’s Bids for Kids will consist of three opportunities to support the school:

  • Online Auction – open Sunday, January 29th through February 4th. Get a sneak a peek at our ever growing auction catalog. (Insider’s tip: we add many new items daily!) 
  • “Bid from the Heart” Event – an adults-only evening of fun, food and fundraising on Saturday, February 4 at 6:30pm at the McLean Community Center. Tickets are on sale now through February 1. Each ticket allows entry into our Bid from the Heart fundraiser, complete with catered bites, cocktails, deejayed music, a wine pull, paddle raise, and a live auction! 
  • Bids for Kids’ Bingo Night – a family-friendly FUNdraising event on Friday, February 10th from 6-8:30pm. Tickets are now on sale until February 9!

 

TREAT THE STAFF ON VALENTINE’S DAY

This Valentine’s Day give your teachers what they really want…a special treat from their sweet admirers. For $5, you can sponsor a SHE staff member and the Staff Appreciation Committee will use the funds to provide special treats for our beloved Spring Hill Staff on Valentine’s Day. Participating families will have their names written on a heart and displayed inside and around the teacher’s lounge. Our goal is to treat the entire staff! Put your heart on display by Friday, February 10.


WINTER& SPRING SESSIONS – REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED

Registration is now closed. Confirmation of registration will be sent via email from the PTO and the class instructor during the week of January 22nd. FUN FAIR 2023 PLANNING HAS BEGUN!

Mark your calendars for March 18, 2023, when our school building will be transformed into a carnival, bringing our community together to support the school! This tradition includes games, raffles, face painting, prizes, and so much more! 

We are currently seeking volunteers who are willing to help organize and prepare the activities and infrastructures that make this event possible. Please view the list of volunteer opportunities and sign up to be a part of the FUN!  Some activities are grouped and will be coordinated based on their location on the day of Fun Fair. Check YES for any activity that you would like to help plan. Even if you can’t be at Fun Fair on the 18th, there is much work to be done beforehand. Thank you for your support!

JOIN A PTO COMMITTEE IN 2022-23

We are currently seeking volunteers to support our organization for the 2022-2023 school year. In addition to playing a vital role in the programs and activities offered to our community, being part of the PTO is a wonderful way to meet other parents, get to know our school teachers and administration, and give back to our school.
