The Spring Hill Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) respects your privacy. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. The following is intended to explain the PTO’s privacy practices but shall not be construed as a contractual promise. The PTO’s privacy and security policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.
What Information We Collect and How We Use It
The PTO uses information voluntarily given by users to facilitate Spring Hill Elementary School community engagement. The PTO website and its integrated applications provide services such as communications, a school directory, surveys, volunteer sign ups and enable online purchases for field trips, event tickets and Spring Hill Elementary School spirit merchandise.
The personal information we store is limited to names, addresses, emails, contact numbers, student grade and teachers. The PTO website does integrate with third party applications and any credit card Information collection is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. The PTO’s credit card processing provider is Stripe and their privacy and data handling procedures can be read at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Aggregate information about which pages visitors access and information volunteered by site visitors are used to improve the content of the PTO website. Some portions of our site use cookies to improve your experience. For example, cookies allow you to shop on our site and browse to other areas without losing the contents of your shopping cart.
